By bringing your community together to share their resources, parents and staff can help each other and fundraise for your school. On top of this we can help your school save money by sourcing the things you need directly from your community and we make it easy to share resources with other schools nearby.

Fundraise for your school

Ecomodo is an effortless and everyday way for your local community to fundraise for your school simply by lending out their everyday objects, skills or spaces to each other.

Simply register your school as a good cause on Ecomodo and encourage your staff and parents to start lending their stuff and choose to donate their earnings to you.

Get your staff to add some of their own items to lend as this will inspire others to join in. And of course if there are any items to school is happy to lend to it's wider community - add those too. For example, lend a classroom in the evening to help another local group hold their meetings. Don’t forget, all proceeds will help you raise the money you need.

Here's six simple steps to start to get your community sharing and raising money for your school.

1. Create a lending circle for your school and register your school as a good cause
2. Invite all of your staff and parents to join it your circle.
3. Ask them to add items they are happy to lend and to donate their proceeds to your good cause.
4. Ask them to promote their items to their friends, colleagues and neighbours. The more people that lend the items - the more money you will raise.
5. Add any items the school is happy to lend to inspire others to join in
